CRDC is back for another year! If you need assistance in completing, we can assist!

The next Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) will be for the 2023‒24 school year.  It will again be a universal collection in which every public local educational agency (LEA) and school in the nation will be required to participate.   It is important that your LEA takes the necessary steps to retain and organize its 2023–24 school year data for the CRDC, so that the data will be available for submission to OCR.  

The 2023‒24 CRDC data submission period is tentatively scheduled to open on December 9, 2024, and close on March 7, 2025.  Over the next few months, we will receive further updates and guidance.
